Cleansing dogs ears: Use witch hazel on a washcloth to wipe the dirt and debris out of your dog's ears easily.

Deodorize Pet Bedding:

Eliminate odors from your pets bedding by sprinkling liberally with baking soda, wait 15 minutes (or longer for stronger odors), then vacuum up.

Dog Toothpaste


6 Tablespoons Baking Soda     1/2 tsp salt

1 cube beef bouillon                  1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp water


Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, adding a bit more water if necessary to make a paste. Store in an airtight container and use daily.


Feline Dry Shampoo

Baking soda is excellent for

absorbing excess oils and

dirt and baking soda will

also act as a deodorizer.

•Take Putty Tat outside or

into an area that is easy to

clean. She will likely fling


•Brush with a grooming

brush to remove any dirt and

loose hair before you start,

particularly if she is a semi long-

haired cat. If you get your cat used to this routine when she is a kitten, she will learn to appreciate the attention.

•Rub dry shampoo mixture into your cat's fur. Be careful to rub it everywhere, including places like armpits and the top of head, but don't get it in her eyes. 

•Let the mixture sit on your cat's fur for about 5 minutes.

•Brush out your cat's fur again. If some dry shampoo remains, rub her down with a dry towel to remove it.

Wet Shampoo

1 cup of white or apple cider vinegar

1 cup of a gentle liquid soap

4 cups of water

Mix and use as any shampoo. Rinse throughly.
